ABOUT THIS SPECIAL DESIGN XMAS LOG CAKE 


This is our starters into our gourmet cake offering. 
We specially design this log cake for NU YOU Magazine DEC 2013 Xmas edition upon their invitation , it was enjoyed by the Singapore Press team , so we thought of sharing the delightful creation with you :-) 

Cake Inspiration would love to celebrate the merry season with you by sharing this Christmas "Log". Wanting to move away from the standard "log roll", this design is inspired by the classic Christmas tree to give it the elegant yet seasonal feel! This sweet treat is meticulously stacked with a chocolate jaconde sponge, crispy dark chocolate and hazelnut praline feuilletine, jiavara chocolate mousse, raspberry jelly, white chocolate mousse and fondant snowflakes. We've even randomly thrown in some popping candy to surprise your each bite!  ( 6-8 pax)
