Dear Yian Ching, I would very much like to take this opportunity to thank you for the lovely ‘Angry Bird’ cake that you and your husband made for our daughter’s 10th birthday. It was the main attraction of the party for both the children and adults the same. For the past 9 years, I have taken upon myself to bake our daughter’s birthday cake every year and this time round I am not only glad that you have saved me time and effort but went beyond the expected.
