This was the original version of the bird nest cake we RnD with 

the expectation for this new mother's day cake 

is to have the nutrients of Bird Nest which is always what mummy's prepare for children during examination in Singapore 

for the cake we select from the best of strip of best nest of higher grade , we cook with pandan to soften it and adding the wolf berries .. 

within the cake , to have a breath of freshness , we mixed a layer of Raspberry in the form of pure jelly without any foreign additive 

separated by a layer of sponge and birdnest mousse which will be our recipe ..
